Unthinkable in Canada you mean...our first division couldn't hope to achieve that kind of an attendance. To tell you the truth, I don't even know where the Toronto Lynx's grounds are.
And yeah, I'm from an English-speaking city and all...

Sure, there are quite a few good forums in English www.footballforums.net is probably your best bet.
One thing I've noticed is that foreigners ie. everyone not from Britain get far more English lessons in school than we get modern foreign languages over here. We're notorious for only knowing English and it doesn't create a desired reputation in Europe.

But now Toronto have a MLS Team...The Toronto FC but they are in an American League...
The only USL team (United Soccer League (Supposed to be First Division of Canada...Even if this league dont have a Second Division ) team near my home is the Impact de Montréal...And they rocks!
Go Impact go!

For an English football forum, try www.fbtz.com. There's general talk, team forums (much like this forum), and a section for members to share matches via torrent links...comes in handy if you can't get certain games on television where you are.

Yes, France should watch English education in other countries like Belgium who have a better level. I have lived 3 years in Bruxelles and I was in a "Lycée Français", the English level was so good that the pupils who were in 6e had the level of 4e in France
